The leads were coming in. The visibility wasn't.

TRAIBCERT already had a website and was generating opportunities — but the process behind those opportunities was difficult to manage.

Lead information was being maintained using Google Sheets, making it harder for the team to have a clear and consistent view of where each lead stood.

As the business dealt with certification, cyber security, compliance and related services, the sales process required structure that a spreadsheet could not easily provide.

The requirement wasn't simply "install a CRM." The CRM needed to reflect the client's actual operation.

The business had information. It needed an operating system.

01

Lead visibility

Leads existed across spreadsheet-based processes, making it difficult to maintain one clear view of the sales pipeline.

02

Manual operations

Repetitive actions and follow-up processes needed to become structured and less dependent on manual coordination.

03

Business-specific workflow

A generic CRM configuration would not be enough. The system needed to follow TRAIBCERT's actual certification workflow.

From scattered information to structured flow.

We approached the project as a process transformation rather than a software installation.

First we understood how the business handled leads, opportunities and follow-ups. Then the CRM was structured around that process.

Before

Lead Generation

Website enquiries and other lead sources entered a largely manual tracking process.

→
Transformation

CRM Workflow

Leads were brought into a structured Zoho Bigin environment with custom processes and automation.

→
After

Operational Visibility

The team gained a more consistent way to manage, track and move leads through their operations.

Built around the process.

01

Zoho Bigin CRM

Structured CRM environment designed around the client's sales operation.

02

Custom Workflows

Business-specific workflow logic implemented rather than relying only on standard configuration.

03

Deluge

Custom automation logic written to handle requirements specific to the operation.

04

Client Scripts

Custom client-side behaviour used to improve the CRM experience and enforce business logic.

05

Blueprints

Structured process stages helped define how records move through the operation.

06

CRM Customization

Fields, stages and processes were configured according to the client's requirements.

When standard configuration isn't enough.

TRAIBCERT's requirements called for logic that went beyond simply configuring fields and pipelines.

Custom Deluge functions, Client Scripts and Blueprints were used to build the operational behaviour required by the business.

The result was a CRM shaped around the process, rather than forcing the process to fit the software.

// Business workflow

if lead.Stage == "Qualified"
{
  updateStage(
    "Requirement"
  );
}

// Automated process handling
createFollowUp();
notifyOwner();
updatePipeline();

A smoother way to operate.

TRAIBCERT now has a structured CRM environment designed around its operational requirements, replacing a spreadsheet-led approach with a more connected system for managing leads and sales processes.

The focus was not simply on making the CRM live. It was on making the CRM useful to the people actually running the business.

Don't just add software. Fix the way work flows.

We help businesses understand their processes, identify what needs to change and implement the technology required to make those improvements real.
